About me.
In 2008 I decided to fly to Idaho Falls to be taught by Vianna Stibal her Basic and Advanced ThetaHeling® Courses.
I learnt how to pick up on limiting references points and how to replace them with empowering reference points.
I also learnt how to scan the body and to learn to use my intuition and different meditation techniques to assist in creating calm environments and to clear entities and energies that were keeping a place, or a person stuck. Plus, many more fantastic tools, which I use in sessions with clients.
These tools also assisted me in classroom situation where I worked as a special needs teacher with students who had various behaviour issues.
When I left that school, I was told by numerous staff that the classes I had where one of the calmest and quietest they ever had. I believe wholeheartedly that that was due to the techniques and tools I was using daily as taught in ThetaHealing®.
In Australia I attended the Basic and Advanced ThetaHealing® classes for Instructors and found myself soon teaching these classes here in the UK with great success.
Another healing modality that caught my attention is Access Consciousness® and I started learning the Bars and was soon interested in teaching the Bars.
I attended the foundation and really enjoyed the technique of staying in the question and following the energy instead of trying to find the correct answer with the limited vocabulary that we have. I have been attending the foundation on a yearly basis with various facilitators as I learn so much each time attending these classes.
This modality assisted me in trusting my intuition even more.
Over the years, I have started to develop my own style of intuitive coaching, which allows me and my clients to go a lot deeper and to clear out emotional baggage much faster and more reliable.
